For years, I felt alone as a yoga teacher.
I missed the support of teacher training and had lost contact with my peers and mentor. I was encountering all sorts of challenges we didn’t cover in teacher training. I felt stale in my teaching and I put my own practice on the back burner. It had been such a long time since I studied anatomy and I struggled to remember much of it. Sound familiar? It doesn’t have to, I’ve put together a Teacher Tune-up to support yoga teachers.
Join me to talk about the ins and outs of being a yoga teacher. There will be a 60 minute teachers’ class where YOU get to practice! This will be followed by a discussion about navigating teaching on-line and anatomy of the spine.
This training counts as continuing education with Yoga Alliance®. For current and past yoga teachers or anyone enrolled in or graduated from a Yoga Teacher Training.
