My mission is to help people feel better in their body through yoga! When you step into my class, I want you to feel welcomed. Wherever you’re at on your yoga journey, I can meet you and help you reach your goals. No experience is necessary, beginners and seniors are encouraged to join!

I’m excited to have you join me!
I’m Jennifer, I’ve been teaching since 2002, and training teachers since 2007. I‘m a woman-owned business, teaching live and virtual yoga classes, specialty series, and private lessons online and in MN. I design classes to help you move better and feel better. I specialize in breaking poses down and making them obtainable and enjoyable. I teach alignment-based classes to help you feel empowered in your body. You might even surprise yourself with what you are capable of! Classes can be attended live-streaming or on-demand. All classes come with replays, which are available for 3 months. You can watch them as many times as you want!
