This series consists of four 1-hour on-demand classes, with replays for you to watch and rewatch at your convenience. No experience necessary, beginners and seniors are encouraged to join. Props, yoga mat, 2 foam yoga blocks, (optional, 3rd block, resistance bands, and large bolster).
