People who do yoga have significantly less back issues. A strong and functional core is essential for healthy movement. Join me to explore fun and engaging ways to optimize the strength and function of your core.

This series consists of four 45 minute on-demand classes, with replays for you to watch and rewatch at your convenience. No experience necessary, beginners and seniors are encouraged to join. Props, yoga mat, 2 foam yoga blocks.
