I’m excited to share this 4-week series with you! Yoga for Gardeners is designed to prepare you for the physical demands of gardening. In addition to teaching yoga, I also love gardening, and know firsthand how much yoga can help you garden with more ease and comfort.
Each class will focus on innovative ways to stretch and strengthen your hips, shoulders, and core. Learn simple stretches you can do right in the garden, including some of my favorite wrist stretches.
This series consists of four 1-hour on-demand classes, with replays for you to watch and rewatch at your convenience. No experience necessary, beginners and seniors are encouraged to join. Props, yoga mat, 2 foam yoga blocks, and resistance bands (optional).
